Key features

  • Variable size stroke adjustment, allows the user to vary the volume and pressure per stroke
  • Integral pressure adjustment vernier knob for fine pressure adjustment
  • Directly connection to pressure modules consolidates two separate pieces into one when performing pressure calibration and testing
  • Two ¼ inch NPT pressure ports, one for reference (pressure module or gauge), one for UUT
  • Compatible with optional Fluke-700PRV pressure relief valve designed to protect pressure modules from overpressure damage
  • Improved priming
  • Improved stroke limiting mechanism

Note: The user must provide a hose with appropriate end fittings to apply pressure from the UUT port to the calibration unit under test such as the Fluke-700HTH-1 hose kit.

Product overview: Fluke 700HTP-2 Hydraulic Test Pump

The Fluke 700HTP-2 is a hand operated hydraulic pressure pump designed to generate calibration pressures up to 10,000 psi/690 bar. Designed for use with Fluke-700 series high pressure modules such as the Fluke-700P09, 700P29, 700P30 and 700P31.

Ideal for calibration when connected to a Fluke high pressure module via the reference port. The 700HTP-2 uses distilled water or mineral-based hydraulic oil as a source for calibration of high pressure input devices such as pressure transmitters or pressure gauges. Can also be used with Fluke 717 pressure calibrators.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Years and counting I have had this pump over 5 years with no problem. I have used it to test at over 2 dozen different natural gas plants. The one down side is it takes some pumping to fill up the lines. Once the lines are filled the pressure builds quickly and I have been able to go up several hundred pounds just by using the vernier knob. So it is easy to dial in the pressure that way. It does leak out through the vent hole on the reservoir. But the pressure has to bleed back somehow so not a big deal. I just have a magnet on the gauge I use with it so I can just hang it up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointed The company I work for recently purchased this for calibrating pressure transducers. It was pretty much useless as the pump handle keeps jamming. It's as though there's a misalignment issue. It's made out of flimsy plastic and won't last in a industrial environment. It also leaks everywhere unless you keep it upright.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor performance - One time use. It worked just two times, then the pump didn't work at all. Perhaps it got clogged after two uses with distilled water (?). No way. It is also too flimsy. Tried to disassemble it but didn't find anything wrong with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product has many opportunities for improvement. Not rugged enough. 1.) The bleed valve inner mechanism have possibility to be displaced with repeated use and can be clogged with contaminants preventing whole hand pump operation. 2.) Plastic handles prone to break at thin pivot points (near reservoir) especially with repeated use and at higher pressures (around 5000 PSI up). Metal handles could significantly improve this model. 3.) Model has to be left upright to avoid spill fom the reservoir. There is no stand (e.g. tripod) for this model to leave it upright. 4.) Model cannot easily be filled with media without dismantling the whole reservoir.
