Rated 1 out of 5 by JoeW from Frustrating to set up, difficult to access data Poor instructions. Setting this device up to log is an exercise in frustration. Tech support revealed that to log phase to phase voltage you must set it up as Delta even if system is Wye?! Getting data off of it takes forever. Logging sessions get corrupted in the transfer process. This device is very sub-par.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Fowler from I'm glad I read the reviews. I think I will stick to Fluke for DMMs and not much else after checking out this power analyzer product and reading the reviews about software-as-a-service making it completely useless. I will be purchasing the other vendor's product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Zach1111 from Predatory practices It’s sad to see that you spend thousands of dollars only to find you can’t get your data unless you pay for a subscription so you never truly own or can see your measurements unless you pay forever

Rated 1 out of 5 by dany from really bad I recently purchased the Fluke 3540 FC Power Monitor with high hopes for its performance and capabilities. However, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing.
Despite my efforts to generate reports using downloaded sessions, I encountered numerous issues. The software provided did not allow for proper analysis, and attempts to connect via USB proved futile, resulting in wasted time and effort.
This power monitor has left me with a very negative impression. As a customer, I expected a more seamless and user-friendly experience, especially from a reputable brand like Fluke.
I urge potential buyers to approach this product with caution and to thoroughly research alternative options before making a purchase. Fluke should address these issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction among its customer base.
Overall, my experience with the Fluke 3540 FC Power Monitor has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it based on my usage

Rated 1 out of 5 by JPac from Don't waste your $$ Unless you use this daily and can account for the subscription cost through revenue from clients then don't waste your money. Totally useless without a subscription.

Rated 1 out of 5 by User123 from Tool is completely useless What is holding this back is the app. You need to use the app even to set up the local logging.
You need a subscription to even use the meter in local mode. The mobile device needs to be connected to the internet and to the device at the same time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by electro from Very Disappointed This is a very expensive tool that requires a subscription for use. There is no way to pull the data off of the tool unless you buy the subscription. This is now a very expensive paperweight. Remember you will never own this instrument. This is a rental with a 3700.00 down payment with a 1200.00 a year lease.
