Missing battery charger for my Ti25. What DC voltage/current should the charger be? Thanks

Asked by: KenS
I have A Ti25, and the charger is also missing. I used a benchtop DC power supply with over-current protection and at 15V DC input, I had to bump the OC limit to 2.00 amps to get the device to charge. It stabilized at 1.53A and charged the battery in approximately 1.5 hrs. The initial surge is what necessitated the 2.0 amp OC setting. I started at 0.400 mA and increased by 0.25 amps to get to a stable charge rate. The device is stable at the moment and additional use coming up in the next two days will let me know how the battery is performing. Grainger's does list a charger with US/UK and EU adaptors along with the actual AC supply. The package is listed for the Ex series, but as FLIR has discontinued the Ti25, this may be a good alternative. Try the following link: https://www.grainger.com/product/22UL74?gucid=N:N:PS:Paid:GGL:CSM-2295:4P7A1P:20501231&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwncWvBhD_ARIsAEb2HW-z4tnBvBMqX58xxkPU_-Q10pHhezewc2xexKGI-I0zmsYhLFHAPcgaAuWAEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds. Best of skills to you so you can get your device charged back up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent money saving tool Great Camera!! Have been using it in a meat packing facility for 6 months. It has been used to find leaking gate valves on our boilers, checking steam traps, have also used it to show how much less heat an LED light puts out compared to a metal haylide bulb. Almost seems like every time we use it, it saves us money and downtime.
